Training Class Policies
and Procedures
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be given 48 hours in advance for
a partial refund. The refund will include the amount of the
class less the cost of the training materials.
Any cancellations after the 48 hour deadline will not be refunded.
Another student may be substituted at no charge.
Hours
Class will begin at 8:30am and run until 5:00pm unless otherwise
noted.
Half day courses begin at 8:30am and run until 12pm.
Keep in mind there may be traffic so please make sure to leave
early.

Local Hotel Information
Meals/Breaks
Each class includes 2 ten minute breaks and a one
hour lunch break.
Coffee service and light refreshments provided during breaks.
Lunch is not provided as part of the enrollment fee. Click

Proper Attire and Courtesy
Please bring a sweater or appropriate clothing due to the
fluctuation in room temperature.
As a courtesy to the instructors and students, please make
sure cell phones and pagers are turned off during class.
Training Materials and Certificates
Training Materials are provided at the start of the class.
Each student at the completion of the course will receive
a certificate of completion.
Feedback
