The planning stage is the foundation for a successful implementation and is governed by the Project Managers: one internal and one external. With the solution identified, the Project Managers formulate a timely, cost-effective implementation plan. The Scope of Work, Achievement Milestones, Success Criteria and Team Building become the cornerstones for the implementation plan.

A team approach has proven essential to executing the implementation plan. The goal of the project team - consisting of a CRi Project Manager, CRi Consultants and client personnel - is to bring the enterprise solution to life. The focus of the Project Manger is to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work, time line and budget. Upon project completion, the utilization of the solution is measured against the Success Criteria for final evaluation.
